Battersea Property Guide

Battersea Park Ward new builds.

The premium park and riverside address, quieter and more established.

4 developments currently tracked in this ward.

About Battersea Park Ward

The Battersea Park side trades on green space and the river. With 200 acres of park on the doorstep and Chelsea just across the bridge, it feels more established than the towers to the north, and it is priced accordingly.

New-build stock here is smaller in scale. Chelsea Bridge Wharf and the riverside schemes offer views, Battersea Place is a specialist retirement community, and there are boutique blocks and conversions rather than the large regeneration phases of Nine Elms.

As with any riverside home, it is worth checking the service charge and the flood-risk position for a specific building.
